Returns & Exchanges Policy
JDM SEATTLE WASHINGTON INC. is committed to your satisfaction; we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn fashion items in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition releases and final sale items are ineligible for return or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring all original tags and labels are included.
- 3.Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
- 4.Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our Seattle facility, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
