Installation & Notes

• USDM Conversion: To ensure 100% compatibility with your Prius's hybrid system and emissions, you must transfer your original USDM wiring harness, intake & exhaust manifold, and all specific sensors to this JDM engine.

• Preventative Maintenance: We highly recommend cleaning your original EGR system and intake manifold ports before installation to prevent future head gasket issues.

• Hybrid System: Ensure your hybrid inverter and cooling system are in good working order before starting the new engine.

• Oil: Use 0W-20 Full Synthetic Motor Oil as specified by Toyota
